In her debut book, Dale Ganas, San Antonio entrepreneur and multicultural marketing pioneer Bonnie Garcia shares fun, inspirational stories of her journey from a curious little girl who tried to grow chickens by planting feathers, to working in the halls of Corporate America, to leading her own multi-million-dollar firm that helps companies discover the potential of the multicultural market.

Garcia’s compilation of uplifting short stories and consejos (words of advice) is designed to engage and motivate women, especially young girls with the ganas (desire) to make their mark in life.
Garcia’s stories were inspired by her parents, her Latina heritage and her own journey from humble beginnings on the Southside of San Antonio to her time in Corporate America and to her 21 years as an entrepreneur and founder of MarketVision, a marketing firm.
She hopes her words will help others find their voice, their passions and the confidence they need to write their own stories.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING
THE BOOK

While the book reflects Garcia’s own Mexican American heritage and culture, it is not intended solely for Latinas. Its target is women… in particular, from middle or high school girls who might need a little motivation to pursue their dreams to young professionals just starting their careers, and the moms, abuelitas (grandmothers), tias (aunts), teachers and counselors who guide them along the way.
